1. Controller and contact

The data controller for the Top Spot Apps website and the Favignana Top Spot app is Danilo Passamonte, an individual in Italy, at Via XXVII Maggio, 36 - 90036 Misilmeri (PA) - Italy. 2. Scope of this notice

This page distinguishes processing related to the Top Spot Apps website from processing related to the Favignana Top Spot app. The app works without registration, accounts or user profiles.

3. Data handled by the app

The app uses environmental information and functional content needed to show conditions and spots. It does not create a user database.

• It does not request your name, email, phone number or documents.
• It does not continuously collect your precise location.
• It does not request contacts, camera, microphone or personal files.
• It does not use advertising profiling or persistent user identifiers.

4. External app services

Banner images and links may be loaded from a remote configuration. The map command opens an external service at the selected point and sharing uses the device system sheet. When you open an external service, that provider may process technical data under its own notice.

5. Website technical data

The website is static and hosted through Vercel. It uses no client-side analytics, advertising cookies, fingerprinting or profiling. The hosting/CDN provider may process technical data needed for delivery and security, such as IP address, user-agent, date and time, requested URL and anti-abuse signals, under its own data-protection terms and safeguards.

6. Email and support requests

If you email favignanatopspot@gmail.com, your address, message content and any information you choose to include are processed solely to handle the request. They are retained for 12 months after the request is closed, unless legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims require otherwise.

7. Legal basis, retention and security

Strictly necessary processing relies on delivering the requested service and the legitimate interest in functionality and security. The app may keep functional data in local cache; the website uses HTTPS and includes no marketing trackers. No system is risk-free, but the project follows data minimisation.

8. Sharing and your rights

Top Spot Apps does not sell personal data. Technical providers and external services may receive data needed for the requested connection or function. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object by emailing favignanatopspot@gmail.com; you may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

9. Children and changes

The app is intended for a general audience and does not intentionally collect children’s data. This notice may change following technical, provider or legal updates.

10. Notice and limitation of liability

Guidance about wind, spots, accessibility and conditions is informational. It does not replace signage, local rules, restrictions, official notices or direct observation. Conditions can change quickly, and users remain responsible for following local rules and protecting their own safety.
